Of the ‘so called’ Singapore Grand Prix Watch like TAG Heuer Carrera Calibre 16 Day Date Chronograph or Concord C1 WorldTimer NightRace, none are bearing the engraved “SINGAPORE Grand Prix 2009” logoon the case back of the watch. The only watch which do so is Franck Muller Conquistador Singapore Grand Prix 2009 Racing Chronograph as the OFFICIAL WATCH of 2009 F1 NIGHT RACE at Marina Bay Circuit.

About Cintrée Curvex Case
Cintrée Curvex is a new style of watch-case researched and developed by house of Franck Muller to invent a very complicated watch within completely new contours. Scientific calculations were made to discover a single spherical point at which the three axes of the watch’s curves had to meet. As a result, the three curves of the Cintrée Curvex watch are in perfect balance to bring out the Franck Muller style.
About Franck Muller
The House of Franck Muller is known throughout the world as the Master of Complications. From the stunning to sublime, their complicated timepiece creations continue to dazzle and delight the world of Haute Horlogerie, creating eager anticipation for collectors and enthusiasts alike.
Franck Muller first introduced his first wristwatches in 1983, after months of research and micro-mechanical tests. Since then, the brand continually provide watches that merge modern style (mostly inspired by American watches from the 30’s, like Elgin Tonneau) and traditional Swiss watch manufacturing.
The manufacturer is also known for its “WORLD PREMIERE”. Each year, Franck Muller launches at least one new line of timepieces featuring something special and exclusive that has never seen before in the watchmaking industry. The first such world premiere was launched in 1993 featuring split seconds chronograph minute repeater as well as a perpetual calendar. In addition, it included an indicator showing the internal temperature. Many of the world premieres from Franck Muller are patented.
All Franck Muller watches are mechanical, having either a manual or self-winding movements. Some of their watches use movements based on standard ETA calibers. Many celebrities were seen sporting the Franck Muller watches, such as Demi Moore, Robin Williams, Elton John, 50 Cent and José Mourinho.
