Meet the world’s lightest suitcase, onehundred&ten (110) by Globe-Trotter. Designed by visionary Ross Lovegrove, the air cabin case is only weighing 1.4 kg. It presents ‘3x Fibre’, a traditional weave Carbon Fibre bonded with a tri-axial weave Kevlar Fibre,  researched by Toray Corporation and Du Pont specially for 101 in 2007.

Globe-Trotter delivers their unique “ownership of fibre”concept to emphasize the ideals of lightness, simplicity and elegance. The ultimate light suitcase also presents comfortable hand grip of Globe Trotter’s signature “M-handle” which has undergone 3,300 tests to ensure its strength.

The “110 case” project began in January 2006 when Ross Lovegrove came with the concept of ‘fibre’ and ‘lightness’. He created an organic form with contemporary trolley/frame system developed in Japan. It’s then evolved into a simple carry and air cabin case with a magnificent lightweight.
